Harvested by hand in May in the Menabe region, in the southwest of Madagascar, this honey comes from the flowering of the jujube tree, a sacred tree in many African and Eastern cultures.

Its delicate flowers give birth to a rare nectar, the fruit of ancestral know-how and preserved nature.
