Ingredients (for an 800g jar)

300g of oat flakes

100 g of crushed almonds

100 g cashew nuts

50 g pumpkin seeds

50 g sunflower seeds

100 g of raisins

3 tablespoons of neutral oil (sunflower or coconut)

5 tablespoons of BOYA lychee flower honey

Step-by-step preparation
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix the flakes, nuts, seeds and almonds.
3️⃣ Add the oil and 4 tablespoons of honey. Mix well to coat.
4️⃣ Spread the mixture on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
5️⃣ Let cool completely before adding the raisins and storing in an airtight jar.
