This homemade granola is a powerhouse for starting your day right. Rich in fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants thanks to the dried fruits and seeds, it's enhanced by the fruity sweetness of BOYA lychee blossom honey, which provides vitality and indulgence without excess refined sugar.


Ingredients (for an 800g jar)

  • 300g of oat flakes

  • 100 g of crushed almonds

  • 100 g cashew nuts

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds

  • 50 g sunflower seeds

  • 100 g of raisins

  • 3 tablespoons of neutral oil (sunflower or coconut)

  • 5 tablespoons of BOYA lychee flower honey


Necessary utensils

  • 1 baking tray

  • 1 bowl and 1 spoon

  • Baking paper

  • 1 airtight jar


Preparation time

  • Preparation: 10 minutes

  • Cooking time: 25 minutes

  • Cooling: 30 minutes


Step-by-step preparation

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix the flakes, nuts, seeds and almonds.
3️⃣ Add the oil and 4 tablespoons of honey. Mix well to coat.
4️⃣ Spread the mixture on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
5️⃣ Let cool completely before adding the raisins and storing in an airtight jar.
