Made from the wild flowers of Niaouli, this rare nectar reveals a unique aromatic intensity. Dense, powerful, with woody and resinous accents, it seduces daring palates. A refined pleasure, carried by the natural virtues of an exceptional honey.

Vegetal and camphor bouquet, enhanced with notes of chocolate and nuts, with a long elegance on the palate.

Harvested by hand in the Manakara region of southeastern Madagascar, this rare honey comes from the brief flowering of the Niaouli tree, which blooms between January and February for around 45 days.

Its bright white flowers carpet the majestic trees, nearly 20 meters high, emblematic of the Malagasy landscape. Each pot embodies the nobility of this preserved terroir and the richness of unique beekeeping expertise.
