This honey is a vibrant reflection of the tropical forests of southeastern Madagascar. Rich, generous, and deep, it reveals a great floral complexity from a dense and endemic ecosystem. Its subtle aromatic signature combines camphor and resinous notes with a woody and purifying finish.

A unique balance, blending spicy and citrus notes, carried by the power of niaouli and the delicacy of mokarana. A full-bodied and expressive honey, representative of the tropical flora of Madagascar.

Harvested by hand between March and June in the Manakara region of southeastern Madagascar. The rainforest is home to a multitude of species: niaouli, mokarana, mimosa pudica, and palm trees, whose combined flowering gives rise to this rare and vibrant nectar.

A balanced honey, ideal in cooking to enhance savory and sweet preparations:
- refined sauces,
- fragrant pastries,
- or simply at breakfast for natural energy.
